1. What is In-home Care?

 

In-home care is a supportive care that involves a range of companionship, supervision, and personal care services in the comfort and safety of the client’s homes making it possible for them to live as independently as possible and still maintain their high quality of life.

 

2. Is 247 Staffing and In-Home Care legitimate and operating above board?

 

247 Staffing and In-Home Care is licensed by the state. The caregivers are bonded and insured and are legal residents of US.

 

3. What type of services are provided by 247 Staffing and In-home Care?

 

The type of services we provide are home care, care companions, personal care assistants and live-in care.

4. How are the care workers screened?

 

We perform full criminal background checks and driving checks, do personal interview, along with checks on references, checks against sexual offender databases, physical exam and TB testing.

5. How does the agency evaluate what type of care is needed?

 

We provide a free in-home assessment to determine and understand the individual needs. We then tailor meals, activities, schedules and services in direct relationship with the client's preferences and interest.

6. What happens if we don’t like the caregiver you provide?

 

We have a procedure for matching clients and caregivers based upon the client and family’s needs and wants.  If the match is not a perfect one, simply inform us and we can immediately provide you with a replacement to make it right. It is very important that the client is happy with the caregiver’s character and personality.

7. How are caregivers managed?

 

We give our caregivers the support they need to encourage them to work their best, reward them for their accomplishments and give them recognition.

8. Does 247 Staffing and In-home Care provide quality assurance of care?

 

The agency provides quality assurance of care by performing the routine visits to ensure that the clients are receiving the excellent care they deserve and that they are 100% satisfied with our services.

9. Do you have a minimum number of days or hours requirement?  

 

We do not have a minimum number of hours or days. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and be flexible to meet your needs.

10. Do I pay the caregiver directly?

 

You should never pay a caregiver directly. We will send an invoice every other week, and payment should be remitted directly to our office.

11. What geographic areas do you service?

 

We currently service the South Bay and Greater Los Angeles Areas. If you want to find out if we have caregivers near your neighborhood, the best option is to simply contact us and let a member of our team get the answers you need.
